Service Description

30 minutes of pure fun & excitement, weather you want to build your dogs confidence or just want to that quality time with them then we have got you covered. Our sessions are designs to have 20 minutes swim time within our massive 24ft pool with a 10 minute change time afterwards So you have booked your session what's next?  The attire... for the dogs a harness or life jacket ( don't panic we supply these) and for you, swim wear and a long sleeved top is recommended ( to protect your arms from those nails as they swim)  Speaking of nails.... a staff member may need to check your dog's nails as we really don't want 32000 litres of water all over the place. If your dogs nails are too long then one of our onsite groomers will need to cut these for you (additional charges apply) or you can book in before hand to get them checked.  We have 2 spacious changing rooms onsite for you to use, we recommend coming ready to swim to allow a swift turn around getting into the pool and maximising your time.  Now the boring stuff....  Whilst we want everyone to enjoy there session we do have to follow some rules  1. Make sure your dog doest eat 2 hours prior to there swim 2. Make sure your dog has toileted before entering the pool especially for a number 2 3. Read and re read the terms and condition to ensure you are happy with the booking rules 4. Toys, we will have some to hand however if you want to bring your own then please make sure they are floating toys only.​ 5. If your dog has suffered an injury, sickness or health problem then please consult a vet prior to booking. 6. Whilst we love children we do have a strict no under 18s allowed in the pool they can however stand at the side and watch
