Terms & Conditions
To ensure everyone's visit is a safe and enjoyable one any visitors must read and adhere to all the Rules listed below:
When booking you are automatically agreeing to this terms & conditions
All booking are final and can not be cancelled or rearranged
All customers must check in with a member of staff at the main till before entering the play area with their dogs
You must never leave your dog unattended
Dogs must be on a lead when entering and the exiting any of the rooms, within the main corridors, cafe and outside surrounding areas
Soft Play :
Dogs may only run off lead within the play area once the gate and door has been closed
All dogs must be wearing a well fitted Collar or Harness at all times within the play area
Use of the play area any equipment and/or toys is completely at your own risk
Paws & Play LTD are not responsible for any damage of personal belongings whilst using the play area
Paws & Play LTD are not responsible for any damage of your dogs equipment or personal toys whilst using the Play area.
Any toilet accidents are the owners responsibility and must be bagged and binned straight away using the Poo bin provided - any owners who do not clear up after their dogs will be charged an automatic additional £25 cleaning charge
Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the play area however they are not allowed on any of the equipment
You are fully responsible for your dogs behaviour and you must remove them from the Play area at the first signs of Aggression, Bullying and/or anything that could be deemed dominant/overly rough play.
You are legally responsible for your dog's behaviour at all times
Paws & Play LTD reserve the right to ask the owner to remove their dog should their behaviour be deemed undesirable in any way.
Paws & Play LTD will not be liable for any injury incurred on our premises. Any requirement for veterinarian treatment is at the owners discretion and cost.
Paws & Play LTD DO NOT ALLOW:
• Human food within the park
• Dogs in season
• Sick/injured dogs
• Puppies under 12 weeks old
Swimming Pool:
Dogs may only be taken off lead once they are on the splash deck
All dogs must be wearing a well fitted Harness or life jacket at all times within the pool ( we these are available to use)
We have a limit of 2 dogs per session. Larger dogs especially may have to take turns on the splash deck to prevent overcrowding on the ramp into the water in turn this will make the sessions much more enjoyable
Due to water intoxication, we encourage owners who use the pool to bring floating toys ONLY, we will have some toys available to use
Use of the pool area is completely at your own risk
Paws & Play LTD are not responsible for any damage of personal belongings whilst using the pool area

Please do not feed your dog 2 hours before your session to try and eliminate toileting within the pool, we also recommend not feeding 2 hours after there swim to avoid bloat.
If your dog is to toilet in the pool then an additional £50 cleaning fee will be charged. If we have to close the pool (usually for at least 12 hours) then we will notify you as soon as we possibly can to make you aware and sessions will be rescheduled.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the pool however we do have view room where children can sit and watch as long as they are supervised by an adult

Paws & Play reserves the right to use photos and video footage taken during sessions or on the premises
Dogs must be relatively clean when attending swim sessions
If you have a reactive dog then please make a staff member aware before your session starts
There will be female or male member of staff present during your session, you can have a member of staff enter the pool with you if you require some additional help or if you do not wish to get in
Any late arrivals will not be permitted into the pool
Please be aware we may check your dogs nails before they enter the pool and you may be required to have these trimmed to prevent the pool liner becoming damaged
Dogs with injuries, health problems or recovering from surgery may need to have consent to swim from your own vet, please contact them prior to booking your session
If you or your dog has any skin conditions, infections including ear & eye infections then you will not be permitted to enter the pool and your session will be cancelled
Please note that this pool is for fun only and we are not trained to give out any medical advice nor is this a replacement for dogs who need hydrotherapy
Sessions are suitable for same household only unless booking a pool party
